Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thin strips 2 Tbsp. canola oil 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. kosher salt 1⁄4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Place on greased Crisper Tray. Slide Crisper Tray into Shelf Position 4. Turn the Function Dial to Air Fry, set the temperature to 400° and set timer to 12 minutes. Cook until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes, stirring once. Serve immediately.
Eric’s Tip: Whether you’re making sweet potato fries or the regular variety, use an apple slicer to cut them
steak fries-style. Cut 1 end of the potato for stability. Stand the potato upright, place the apple slicer on top and gently push down. Presto!
