Buttermilk Fried Chicken
SERVES 4
Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
4 chicken legs
2 cups buttermilk
3 cups flour
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. black pepper
vegetable or canola oil
Directions
1. Marinate chicken in the buttermilk overnight.
2. Place the Casserole Pan on the stovetop. Fill halfway with oil. Heat to 375° F.
3. Coat chicken with flour and spices.
4. Place chicken inside the Fry Basket. Fry until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
