Miso-Glazed Salmon
SERVES 4
Ingredients
4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets or steaks
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup yellow miso
1⁄4 cup orange juice
1 1⁄2 tbsp. sherry wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Combine olive oil, yellow miso, orange juice, sherry wine, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Marinate salmon in miso marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Place salmon in the Copper Chef. Broil on high for 3-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
