Miso-Glazed Salmon


4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets or steaks
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup yellow miso
1⁄4 cup orange juice
1 1⁄2 tbsp. sherry wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Combine olive oil, yellow miso, orange juice, sherry wine, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and cilantro. Mix well.
  2. Marinate salmon in miso marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Place salmon in the Copper Chef. Broil on high for 3-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
