Ingredients
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1⁄2  cup chunky peanut butter
1⁄2  cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
1⁄4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1⁄2 tsp.salt
1⁄4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat bananas, peanut butter, honey and vanilla until blended. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, milk powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into the banana mixture. Stir in dried cranberries.
  2. Slide the Pizza Rack into Shelf Position 4. In batches, drop dough by 1⁄4 cupfuls 2 in. apart onto greased Baking Pan; flatten to 1⁄2-in. thickness.
  3. Place the Baking Pan on the Pizza Rack. Turn Function Dial to Air Fry, set temperature to 300° and set timer to 8 minutes. Cook until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes. Cool on Baking Pan 1 minute. Remove to wire racks.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
