Air-Fryer Lemon-Parmesan Asparagus

TAKES 20 min. SERVES 4

1⁄4 cup mayonnaise 
4 tsp. olive oil
11⁄2 tsp.grated lemon zest 
1 garlic clove, minced
1⁄2 tsp. pepper
1⁄4 tsp. seasoned salt
1  lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
2  Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Lemon wedges, optional


  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add asparagus; toss to coat.
  2. In batches, place the asparagus in a single layer on greased Crisper Tray. Slide the Crisper Tray into Shelf Position 4. Turn the Function Dial to Air Fry, set the temperature to 375° and set timer to 10 minutes. Cook until tender and lightly browned, 4-6 minutes. Reset timer as needed for batches. Transfer asparagus to a serving platter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.

Eric’s Tip: Pick asparagus with tips that are tightly closed. They are fresher and will last longer in the refrigerator.
