Air-Fryer Red potatoes
1 CUP 98 cal., 2g fat (0 sat. fat), 0 chol., 155mg sod., 18g carb. (1g sugars, 2g fiber), 2g pro. TAKES 20 min. SERVES 8
Ingredients 2 lbs. small unpeeled red potatoes, cut into wedges 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed 2 garlic cloves, minced 1⁄2 tsp. salt 1⁄4 tsp. pepper
1. Drizzle potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, minced garlic, salt and pepper; toss gently to coat.
2. Place potatoes on ungreased Crisper Tray. Slide the Crisper Tray into Shelf Position 4. Turn the Function Dial to Air Fry, set the temperature to 400° and set timer to 12 minutes. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender, 10-12 minutes, stirring once.
