Air-Fryer Roasted Green Beans

2/3 CUP 76 cal., 5g fat (1g sat. fat), 0 chol., 105mg sod., 8g carb. (3g sugars, 3g fiber), 3g pro.
PREP 15 min. COOK 20 min. SERVES 6

1 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 2-in. pieces
1⁄2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1  small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
2  Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1⁄4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat.
  2. Arrange vegetables on greased Crisper Tray. Slide the Crisper Tray into Shelf Position 4. Turn the Function Dial to Air Fry, set the temperature to 375° and set timer to 20 minutes. Cook until vegetables are just tender, 8-10 minutes. Stir to redistribute; cook until browned, 8-10 minutes longer.
