Asian BBQ Thighs
SERVES 4
Ingredients
Asian BBQ Sauce
2/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup molasses
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tsp. five-spice powder 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. ginger, minced
1 shallot, minced 1 tsp. fish sauce
8 chicken thighs, skinless & boneless
Directions
1. Combine all BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
2. Heat the Grill Pan on medium. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
3. Grill the chicken on both sides while basting with BBQ sauce.
4. Bake in the oven until chicken reaches 165° F internal temperature. 5. Serve with salad or vegetables.
Eric’s Tip: The kids love when I pick up a pack of mini buns and coleslaw to turn these into Asian chicken sliders.
