BBQ Buffalo Wings
2 dozen raw wings, dry
1⁄2 cup hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
vegetable or canola oil
1. Place the Casserole Pan on the stovetop. Fill halfway with oil. Heat to 375° F.
2. Carefully fry half of the wings at a time inside the Casserole Pan until cooked and golden.
3. In a bowl, combine hot pepper sauce, BBQ sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
4. Toss cooked wings into the sauce before serving.
