1 pizza crust, thin
9 slices provolone cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, grilled (reserve 2 tbsp. grease)
12 tomato slices
1 red onion, peeled, sliced, & grilled
2 cups lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
2. Roll the dough out onto the Grill Pan. Grill both sides to desired doneness.
3. Top with the cheese and bacon grease. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
4. Before serving, layer pizza with bacon, tomato, onion, and lettuce. Drizzle with mayonnaise.
Eric’s Tip: Don’t forget the diced ripe avocado! And feel free to make it lighter by using grilled chicken or turkey bacon.
