1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 onion, peeled & diced
6 flour tortillas, 8 in.
18 slices American cheese
3 pickles, sliced
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1. In a frying pan, sauté ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onions for about 10 minutes.
2. Place one tortilla on the Grill Pan. Layer with 3 slices American cheese,
1 pickle, ketchup and mustard. Top with 3 more slices of cheese
and a second tortilla.
3. Grill the quesadilla on both sides until golden. Repeat to make two more quesadillas.
4. Serve warm with your favorite side dish & Eric’s dipping sauce (see tip).
Eric’s Tip: My Not So Secret Dipping Sauce: combine 1 cup mayo, 3 tbsp. ketchup, 3 tbsp. relish, 1/4 tsp. cayenne, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder.
