Cilantro Lime Shrimp
1⁄4 tsp. salt
1⁄8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1⁄4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. lime zest
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 lb U15 shrimp, peeled & deveined
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and reserve for 30 mins. in the refrigerator.
2. Place the Grill Plate on the Power Smokeless Grill and preheat the Grill to 350° F/177° C.
3. Place the shrimp on the Grill Plate and grill the shrimp until cooked through (3–5 mins.).
