Grilled Dijon Pork Roast

3 OZ. COOKED PORK 149 cal., 5g fat (2g sat. fat), 56mg chol., 213mg sod., 2g carb. (1g sugars, 0 fiber), 22g pro.
PREP 10 min. + marinating GRILL 1 hour + standing SERVES 12
Ingredients

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp.salt
1 boneless pork loin roast (3 to 4 lbs.)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl or shallow dish, whisk vinegar, mustard, honey and salt. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Slide the Grill Plate into Shelf Position 6. Turn the Function Dial to Grill, set the temperature to 325° and set the timer to 85 minutes. Let the grill preheat for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain pork, discarding marinade. When the grill has preheated, place pork on the Grill Plate. Cook until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 60-75 minutes, turning occasionally. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
