Grilled Fruit Skewers
8 strawberries, large
2 peaches, sliced thick
1 pear, sliced thick
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 banana, sliced thick
Chocolate Dipping Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Skewer the cut fruit. Grill to desired doneness.
2. Dipping sauce: in a saucepot, bring the heavy cream to a boil. Add the chocolate chips and remove from heat.
3. Stir until creamy, then add vanilla.
4. Serve grilled fruit with chocolate dipping sauce.
Eric’s Tip: Feel free to choose any chocolate you like. Dark and white work well with this recipe.
