Grilled Mahi Mahi with Eric’s Fish Rub



Eric’s Fish Rub
1 tbsp. crushed sea salt 1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. tarragon
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried chives
1 tbsp. ground white pepper 1 tbsp. dried lemon peel
1 tsp. celery seed

4 fillets mahi mahi


1. In a bowl, combine the spices. Rub evenly over both sides of the mahi mahi.

2. Grill to desired doneness.

3. Serve mahi mahi with Grilled Peach & Pineapple Salsa.

Eric’s Tip: Serve with warm flour tortillas and cabbage slaw for fantastic tacos.
