Grilled Peaches & Berries Over Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
2 peaches, halved & pitted
6 strawberries, halved
vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, for garnish
mint, for garnish
1. Simple syrup: bring water, sugar, and cinnamon stick to a boil. Add orange liqueur.
2. Combine peaches and strawberries in a bowl with simple syrup. Soak for 1 hour at room temperature.
3. Place the Grill Pan on high heat. Grill strawberries and peaches until tender.
4. Top ice cream with grilled fruit. Garnish with blueberries and fresh mint immediately before serving.
