2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
5 hamburger rolls
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup kimchi

2. Spread margarine over each roll. Grill to desired doneness.
3. Grill burgers to desired temperature.
4. Arrange burgers onto the rolls. Top with kimchi. Serve with your favorite side dish.
Eric’s Tip: A lot of times you will see an egg garnish in traditional Korean cuisine. I can’t think of anything better to top this burger than a nice farm-fresh egg served sunny side up!
