Lamb Loin with Eric’s Red Meat Rub
Eric’s Red Meat Rub
2 tbsp. crushed sea salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. ground black coffee
1 tbsp. granulated garlic
1 tbsp. granulated onion
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. coriander
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
12 lamb loin chops
1. Distribute rub evenly over the lamb chops.
2. Grill the lamb on medium heat, 5-7 minutes on each side or to desired temperature.
3. Let rest 10 minutes before serving with your favorite side dishes.
Eric’s Tip: Try using this with a nice thick tuna steak!
