Ingredients 1⁄4 cup lemon juice 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley 2 Tbsp. olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced Pepper to taste 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
1. Slide the Grill Plate into Shelf Position 6. Turn the Function Dial to Air Fry/Grill, set the temperature to 400° and set timer to 25 minutes. Let the grill preheat 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, for dressing, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Toss mushrooms with 2 Tbsp. dressing. When grill has preheated, place mushrooms on Grill Plate and grill until tender, 5-7 minutes per side. Toss mushrooms with remaining dressing before serving.
Eric’s Tip: To remove parsley and cilantro leaves quickly and easily, run a fork along the stem. This will gently remove the leaves. You can then mince the herbs in dishes like this one. Other choices include giving them a rough chop— or using whole leaves for a rustic presentation—for favorite dishes.
