2 lb curly elbow macaroni
2 qts. heavy cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 lb cheddar, shredded
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Gruyère cheese
10 oz grated Parmesan cheese
2 lb lobster meat, cooked
1 bunch scallions, sliced
1 cup panko breadcrumbs


1. Cook the macaroni in the Wonder Cooker’s Roaster Pan according to the directions on the box. Drain and set aside when done.

2. Preheat the oven to 375° F/190° C.

3. Place the Roaster Pan on the stove top. Combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt over medium heat. Add the cream cheese, Gruyère cheese, and Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and smooth.

4. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and then add the lobster meat and scallions.

5. Top with the panko breadcrumbs, transfer the Roaster Pan to the oven, and bake at 375° F/190° C until the top browns (40–45 mins.).

Eric’s Tip: If lobster isn’t available or in the budget, try using poached shrimp or scallops instead.
