3 Tbsp. olive oil
1⁄4  cup cider vinegar
1⁄4  cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp.chili sauce
8 cups torn romaine
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries

2 oz. fresh goat cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Slide the Grill Plate into Shelf Position 6. Turn the Function Dial to Grill, set the temperature to 450° and set the timer to 25 minutes. Preheat the grill for 10 minutes. Sprinkle steak with 1⁄2 tsp. salt and pepper.
  2. When the grill has preheated, place the steak on Grill Plate. Cook until the desired doneness is reached (5-6 minutes per side for medium). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, juice, parsley, honey, garlic, chili sauce and remaining 1⁄2 tsp. salt; set aside. Divide romaine among 4 plates; top with steak, strawberries, onion, oranges, pecans and cheese. Serve with vinaigrette.

Eric’s Tip: Insert a straw into the berry’s tip and push the hull through the other end to save some fruit!
