Pizza Grilled Cheese
8 slices mozzarella cheese
8 slices pepperoni
4 club rolls, cut in half
1⁄2 lb roasted red peppers
1⁄2 cup margarine
1. Place 1 mozzarella cheese slice and 1 pepperoni slice on the cut side of each roll half.
2. Layer 2 oz roasted red peppers on each roll’s bottom half.
3. Cover each roll’s bottom half with the roll’s top half, cheese side down.
4. Place the Wonder Cooker’s Grill Pan on the stove top. Butter and then grill each side of the sandwiches over medium heat until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
Eric’s Tip: One delicious variation on this grilled cheese uses hot capicola, sharp provolone, and sweet bell peppers.
