2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4lbs.) 
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. pepper


  1. Rub oil over chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Attach 1 of the Rotisserie Forks to the Rotisserie Spit and tighten the screws on the Fork. Slide the chicken onto the Spit and into the secured Fork. Secure the chicken on the Spit with the other Fork and screws. Tuck wings under chicken; tie drumsticks together. Insert the Spit into the Rotisserie connections.
  2. Turn the Function Dial to Rotisserie, set temperature to 350° and set the timer to 90 minutes. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 170°-175° in the thickest part of a thigh, 80-90 minutes. Remove chicken and Spit from unit and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove chicken from Spit; carve chicken.

Eric’s Tip: When the Rotisserie cooking cycle is complete, use silicone oven mitts (or potholders) to help remove food on the Spit from the PowerXL Air Fryer Grill. Silicone provides the best protection and flexibility. Plus, it’s super easy to clean!
