Ingredients 1 fully cooked boneless ham (5 to 7 lbs.) 1 to 2 cups Bourbon Glaze Bourbon Glaze Stir together 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup bourbon, 1 Tbsp. orange marmalade, 2 tsp. ground mustard and 1/8 tsp. ground coriander.
- Using a sharp knife, score surface of the ham with 1⁄4-in.-deep cuts in a diamond pattern. Attach 1 of the Rotisserie Forks to the Rotisserie Spit and tighten the screws on the Fork. Slide the ham onto the Spit and into the secured Fork. Secure the ham on the Spit with the other Fork and screws. Insert the Spit into the Rotisserie connections.
- Turn the Function Dial to Rotisserie, set temperature to 325° and set the timer to 60 minutes. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 140°, 50-60 minutes, brushing with glaze the last 30 minutes if desired. Remove Spit from unit and let ham stand 10 minutes. Remove ham from Spit; carve ham.
