Rotisserie Pork Loin

6 OZ. COOKED PORK 242 cal., 11g fat (3g sat. fat), 85mg chol., 529mg sod., 0 carb. (0 sugars, 0 fiber), 33g pro.
PREP 15 min. COOK 50 min. + standing SERVES 8
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 boneless pork loin roast (3lbs.) 
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions
1. Rub oil over pork loin and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Attach 1 of the Rotisserie Forks to the Rotisserie Spit and tighten the screws on the Fork. Secure the pork on the Spit with the other Fork and screws. Insert the Spit into the Rotisserie connections.

2. Turn the Function Dial to Rotisserie, set temperature to 400° and set the timer to 60 minutes. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 140°, 50-60 minutes. Remove Spit from unit and let pork stand 10 minutes. Remove pork from Spit; let pork stand 10 minutes longer before carving.
