Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Sundae
4 bananas, peeled & sliced into medallions
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
pink sea salt, to sprinkle
1. Grill bananas on high heat.
2. Scoop ice cream into a serving bowl. Top with bananas, then peanut butter, caramel sauce, and chopped peanuts.
3. Sprinkle lightly with pink sea salt before serving.
Eric’s Tip: Sprinkle the bananas with cinnamon and cayenne pepper before grilling for a little kick!
