Sweet Sriracha Shrimp Tacos



1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined 21/25 ct.
1 tsp. sriracha powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. coriander, ground
4 (6-in.) flour tortillas

Sriracha Sauce
1 tsp. sriracha sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

1 cup red cabbage, chopped
1 avocado, sliced & pitted
1/2 cup mango, diced
4 scallions, chopped
1/4 red onion, peeled & chopped
lime wedges, to serve cilantro leaves, to serve


1. Toss the shrimp with sriracha powder, onion powder, and coriander. Grill to desired doneness.

2. In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients and set aside.

3. Assemble the tacos: spread sriracha onto each tortilla.
Layer with cabbage, avocado, mango, scallion, red onion, and shrimp.

4. Serve tacos with limes and fresh cilantro leaves.

Eric’s Tip: Substitute the shrimp for cubed salmon or swordfish for a different flavor profile.
