Turkey & Cranberry Quesadilla
2 tortillas, 8 in.
3/4 cup turkey breast, diced
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1/2 cup jack cheese
1 tsp. sage, chopped
2 tbsp. gravy, heated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1. Place one tortilla on the Grill Pan. Top with turkey, cranberry sauce, jack cheese, and sage. Top with the second tortilla.
2. Grill on each side until cooked.
3. In a bowl, combine gravy and mayonnaise. 4. Serve warm tortillas with gravy.
