4 cup corn tortilla chips
1⁄2 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 1⁄2 cup cheddar-Monterey jack cheese blend, shredded
1 plum tomato, diced
1⁄2 red onion, diced
1⁄4 cup pickled jalapeño slices
1⁄2 cup sour cream
1. Set time and temperature to 8 minutes at 350o F. Allow the AirFryer to preheat for 2 minutes.
2. Arrange half of the tortilla chips inside the Fry Basket. Top with half of the beans and cheese. Repeat with a second layer of chips, beans, and cheese.
3. Cook for remaining 6 minutes or until all of the cheese has melted.
4. Carefully transfer nachos from the Fry Basket to a serving plate. Top with tomato, onion, and jalapeño. Serve with sour cream on the side.
